We would love to welcome all types of Vendors and food trucks! We do ask for understanding as we are located at the Canyon Springs Marketplace and need to respect their business. Check out the application process for more information on joining us!

Send Application
We ask to get approved to join Mochi’s Market. We do this to filter out scams and non-serious individuals.

Pick and Book
Events can be booked after approval. All events are booked directly here. You can see your portal, pay ahead, book your spot, and see past/future events.

Event Day
Events are always easy. Map/routine is always the same: check in at TreasureClaw, set up, make your sales, tear down, and go home!

Set Up & Check In
We aim to make it as effortless as possible. All pre-check and work is done before event day. For event day, all that needs to be done is walk up to TreasureClaw notify you have arrived, and let them know what spot you are taking (on some occasions, they might ask you to be in a specific spot).
Check In
TreasureClaw is next to Moxie drive-through. Simply walk to the front desk and say Hi before setting up!
Pull up car set up
Location is in a parking lot right off Blue Lakes. You can drive up next and set up.

Is it possible to change the event date?
Absolutely! As long as you provide a minimum notice of 45 days, you can reschedule your event up to two times without incurring any additional fees.
What is your policy for event cancellation?
In cases where events are rescheduled within 45 days, full payment for perishable items will be required. However, we value our clients and always strive to find the best solutions together!
How does the billing process work?
To secure your event booking, we request a 50% down-payment. The remaining 50% is due 24 hours before your scheduled event.
Need to manage your guest invites?
Utilize our user-friendly online guest management system, specifically the “Invites” section, which can be easily managed by you or even handled by our team.
Can I register for an event?
Absolutely! Simply find the event you wish to attend and complete the registration form.
